olive mayonnaise


Made to our own family recipe using our cold pressed rapeseed oil to give this mayonnaise a rich yellow colour and creamy flavour.

Well we just had to find a use for the humble olive !  Based on our plain mayonnaise we have added some chopped olives to produce a mayonnaise that captures the true flavour of the olive.

It’s perfect served as a dip. alongside cold deli meats, or dolloped on salads and jacket potatoes.  It is equally as good ‘on the side’ with some chips.

No artificial preservatives or additives.

Extra virgin rapeseed oil (61%), pitted black olives (10%), pitted green olives (olives, sunflower oil, herbs) (10%), free range whole egg (9%), spirit vinegar, egg yolk (3%), sugar, salt, water, black pepper, mustard flour, basil, oregano.

Store in a cool, dark place and away from direct sunlight. Once opened refrigerate and consumer within 6 weeks and by the best before end date.
