Line a large baking tray with grease proof paper. Mix the flour, cocoa powder, oats, and bicarbonate of soda together in a bowl and put to one side.
Put the hillfarm rapeseed oil, sugar and honey in a saucepan and place on a low heat until they are well combined and stir occasionally. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the oat mix and combine well.
Scoop out dessert spoons of mixture and form into ball shapes by rolling them between your hands. Place on the greased baking tray, leaving plenty of room around each one for them to spread out as they cook. When the tray is full slightly flatten the balls out with the back of a dessert spoon.
Bake for 12-15 minutes They will still be gooey when they come out of the oven but will harden as they cool. Leave to cool on the baking sheet for 5 mins before moving onto a wire rack.
