Crispy Roast Potatoes
Serves 6
1kg potatoes
4 tbsp Hillfarm Rapeseed oil
Sea salt & freshly ground pepper
Par boil potatoes. Drain and shake potatoes in the pan so that the edges of potatoes are ‘scuffed’
Pre heat oil in a hot oven (200C or Gas 6). Place the potatoes in the oil and toss them covering each well. sprinkle with salt and pepper, and replace in the oven for 40 minutes or until crispy!
