"Chefs and cooks in general are always
interested in a new product, particularly if it is local. HillFarm Rapeseed Oil
is interesting because it can be heated up as high as groundnut oil and so is
great for stir-fries. The flavour reminds me of artichokes and asparagus. Being
a salad junkie, I make a stunning dressing with this oil. 3 parts oil to 1 part
sherry vinegar, a little honey and some dijon mustard, Maldon seasalt, freshly
ground black pepper and I am in heaven!"
